What It Means to Work with a CFSS Agency
Under the CFSS Agency model, Caled Home Care serves as the employer of all support workers. We handle hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and payroll — so clients and their families can focus entirely on care and daily life.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Our support workers provide hands-on assistance with essential personal care tasks, ensuring each client is comfortable, clean, and well-cared for. All personal care is delivered with sensitivity and respect for each client's privacy and preferences.
Community Participation & Support
Caled Home Care supports clients in staying connected to their communities. Our support workers accompany and assist clients with community activities, helping them participate fully in everyday life outside the home.
Health-Related Tasks & Extended Personal Care
Our trained support workers provide health-related tasks and extended personal care as authorized in each client's individual CFSS service plan. These services support daily living and independence — not physician-directed medical care. All tasks are performed in accordance with Minnesota DHS CFSS guidelines.
Household & Meal Support
We assist clients with the household tasks necessary to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home. Household support is provided as part of the client's CFSS service plan to promote independence and well-being at home.
